HOW IT WORKS
Working with Foodie Folk is very personal. We arrange an initial consultation to discuss your day and create your ideal menu. We then follow up with your personalised quote.

What is not Included
A venue Kitchen Fee may be in addition.
We may not be able to provide linens or table glassware for private venues.
Securing your date
We require a £1000 deposit to secure your booking and will require you to sign a contract. Your deposit will be taken off your balance when final payment is due. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Schedule
Once your deposit is paid, we don’t require any further payment until 2 weeks before your wedding.
Planning your wedding
Once your date is secured we will be on hand to respond to any queries throughout the process. We will meet (or chat on the phone) approximately 6 weeks before your wedding to work through the finer details such as timings, dietary requirements, room plan, table plan etc. We are happy to meet/discuss plans at any time.
Tastings
We offer Tastings during the quieter months of the year. Price will be £60pp and will include a selection of canapes, sharing mains and desserts. Tastings are private and are in 2 hour slots, family members are welcome to come along.
Our Staff
When it comes to the day, our food is prepared on site by our talented kitchen team. Our waiting staff will be on hand to run the service, clear up and look after your guests.
