Our meat is prepared to taste it's best! It is hung for the optimum length of time for the best flavour, texture and succulence possible. We only buy from passionate local producers who do things right! Our range has been carefully selected to offer great value with no compromise on quality. Welfare is very important to us.

 

All our Chicken comes from Co. Down. Chicken like it should be with real old fashioned flavour and texture. Free range or low density barn are available. Our Goujons and Kievs are made in Downpatrick and are free from added water or any other nasties.

Our fish is soooo fresh! It arrives at the fish market at 4.00am. We get it by 11.00am the same morning and you get it later that day. From sea to you in 24 hours! All our fish is brought in fresh to order. It never sits out on a counter!

We get all our fresh fruit and veg from the wholesale market in Belfast. We always buy local produce where possible. It's hard to find bananas growing in the Co. Down countryside.

 

 

We have a fabulous range of Artisan cheeses. Our Irish cheese come from the Causeway to Cork and is carefully selected from small family farms.
